As Takeoff Copenhagen is in a very volatile market, we cannot guarantee the price for an order. We update our prices daily to make sure the customer gets the best price in the market. It is very unusual that we cannot fulfill an order but may happen in rare occasions. Takeoff Copenhagen make certain reservations for price changes, typographical errors and sold out items. When ordering sizes between 35.5 and 40, they are typically GS meaning they are girls' sizes.
If a package is not picked up at the parcel shop and is returned to us as uncollected (uafhentet), a handling fee of 50 DKK will be charged.
Takeoff Preloved - Second-Hand Items & Returns:
Our Takeoff Preloved collection features carefully authenticated, second-hand items that may show minor signs of wear. All Preloved products are sold “as described” and are inspected before sale.
Please note that Preloved items are non-returnable when purchased in-store. If the item is not as described or has a major undisclosed defect. In such cases, you must notify us within the first 24 hours of receival.
Payment:
In our store we use both Quickpay and Shopify Payments terminal, which meets the highest standards in the payment card industry (also known as PCI DSS).
The card terminal supports: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Contactless Payment, MobilePay, Chip and PIN.
On our website it is possible to pay with: Apple Pay, Dankort, Visa, Visa Elektron, Mastercard and MobilePay.
The majority of our sneakers are sold under current rules for used VAT.
Therefore, VAT will not appear on the order confirmation you receive by default. If you have any questions regarding the possibility of VAT invoice, please write an email or call us before purchase.
Delivery:
We offer delivery with either DHL, UPS, GLS or Postnord, both with or without delivery.
All our orders are sent as packages and you will therefore be able to follow it via “Track and Trace” which we send to you when the package is sent.
In addition to this, we offer pick-up in our shops. If you have chosen to pick up your order in one of our shops, we will contact you as soon as we have your sneakers in the shop. Pick-up is possible during the store’s opening hours.
For deliveries outside of Europe, please note that additional customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also vary depending on customs processing.
Right of withdrawal, return and selling to us:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Takeoff Copenhagen.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel your purchase. This message must be given by email to: contact@takeoffcph.dk. In this message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is not possible to regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.
When you return to Takeoff Copenhagen, your order must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
It is you who must bear the costs in connection with the return of the item. When selling to us we take care of the shipping label but not the risk. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item / from the time you ship to us. We recommend that orders to be returned are sent with “Track and Trace”, we do not take responsibility for orders / products that break, disappear in any other way or are stolen during shipping to us, as this is not in our hands.
Condition of the product / item using the right of return:
As a consumer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value and condition of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine: the product’s nature, properties and fit. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in our physical store, which is very careful on a clean and soft surface, but you must not use the product.
If the product / product has been used / tested in addition to that described above, this is considered used. This means that you will regret the purchase, will only get part or no return of the amount, all depending on the condition of the item. This is assessed exclusively by Takeoff Copenhagen.
Shoe box:
The original shoe box is a very important part of the product that you have received and has a great value for many customers. If you return and / or want to exchange the product, please take your reservations so that we do not receive the damaged shoe box, as otherwise we can not approve the return.
Once we have received your return and the above criteria have been met, the return will be processed. You will then receive an email and the funds will be refunded to the means of payment that was used at the time of purchase of the item.
Your refund will consist of the entire purchase price excluding delivery.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you once we have received the order and inspected it.

Right of complaint and condition at purchase:
As we at Takeoff Copenhagen sell unique products that are not available on the general market, and are in different condition due to age, storage and other things, the durability of these can not be guaranteed.
Some of the sneakers sold by us at Takeoff Copenhagen are several years old — in some cases 5+ years — and may be considered vintage. Older sneakers can naturally show signs of age due to material fatigue, including possible yellowing, sole hardening, glue degradation or reduced structural integrity compared to a newly produced pair. Buyers should be aware that such age-related changes are normal for older, collectible sneakers and not considered a defect.
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Takeoffcph ApS is not an official retailer or reseller from either Nike, Adidas, Puma, Yeezy, Asics, Jordan or New Balance.

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver your order to you.
The personal information is registered with Takeoff Copenhagen and will not be passed on.
If you are registered with Takeoffcph ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you.
